Returns and Warranties

Please contact us first at sales@brightchociecorp.com to report your return/exchange.  Please put “ORS Return Item” as the subject of the email and include the following in the body of the email:

  • Contact information: (Please inlude e-mail address)
  • Reason for Return:

We will then issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number via email. Please note that an RA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection. Once the RA number is issued you must return the item within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns/exchanges without valid RA numbers will be refused. RA numbers should be printed/written on the shipping label, do not print/write on the manufacturer’s box. Please note that we do not issue prepaid return labels.

General Returns Policies

  • Obtain Return Authorization (RA) number as stated above.
  • All returns must be packed in an outer shipping box with valid RA number on the shipping label (do not write on manufacturers box).
  • All returns are subject to inspection.
  • Please ship packages back to address on return instructions.
  • All exchanged or returned items must be in the same condition when initially received, including all materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), and accessories.
  • The serial number of your return must match the serial number that was shipped to you.  Serial numbers that do not match will be returned.
  • We are not responsible for items that do not arrive to the warehouse. We strongly suggest that you ship your package in a way that allows you to track the shipment and receive proof of delivery.


Item Specific Polices

Defective Items

  • If the item is found to be defective, the item must be returned within the first 14 days of delivery.
  • Please ship the product with all materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), and accessories.
  • Physical damage does not constitute a product being claimed as defective and all physical damage claims will be denied.
  • If any of the above conditions are not met, we will have to deny the return/exchange.

Unopened Items

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Item must be in brand new condition (unopened, unused, and in sealed original box). Signs of tampering and use will render the item as an Open Non-Defective Item (please see below).
  • Please ship the product with all materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), and accessories in brand new condition. If some materials are missing, we will have to deny the return/exchange.

Open Non-Defective Item

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns in this category will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
  • All returns are subject to inspection.  Opened items must be in the same condition as they were received; packing must be in perfect condition and must include all accessories and manuals in sealed condition, warranty cards must be unfilled.  If after items are received and inspected we determine that items are not in proper condition to be sold again, a higher re-stocking fee will be applied or item will be returned to customer.
